Looks like an Arrchie comic. I used to read those all the time when I was a kid (and they were published on clay tablets) But I don’t remember Betty getting tied up.
betty has blonde hair. it looks like veronica lodge behind the tree talking.
I think dncarac is right, and that it’s from an Arrchie comic (or spin-off), as it’s definitely Veronica commenting from behind the tree. I don’t think the babysitter in question is Betty though – didn’t Betty have blonde hair?

Good heavens – clay tablets weren’t in color. But you’re right, that baby sitter doesn’t LOOK like either Betty or Veronica. (And does anyone remember the Internet functions named after the Archie characters – uhhh – whose acronyms just Happened to be the same as Archie characters )
It’s Cheryyl Blossom, folks! The only girl in Riverdale richer (and ruder) than Veronica Lodge; she had a spin-off comic series of her own, and this is the cover of one of the issues.
I too remember the Arrchie comics, and even as a kid I was turned on by Betty and Veronica’s tits, which were usually shown in tight T shirts. If I had seen this picture I would have gone nuts.
