I dunno….it looks to me as if she can turn herself around to face the bars, then stand up and work at the rope using her teeth. I think some rope around her ankles and connected to the bars, preferably spreading her legs apart, would increase prison security. She’s probably not wearing panties since she was last frisked, but not to worry. I am sure she will inform us if this prison has a problem with rats running about the floor.
