The context? It’s from Chapter 5, Page 25 of The Apsinthion Protocol, which is part of the Tales of Gnosis College available (free!) over at Erotic Mad Science. What’s going on is a fraternity initiation ritual; potential brothers are invited to get naked in the wrestling ring with Our Heroine.
