I don’t know who the artist is, but it isn’t Stanton. This is more realistic than Stanton’s art. Frankly, I would prefer Stanton’s art to this. And, that’s not a comment on the content.
When you know who it is, you get to say who it isn’t. Until then, you’re just speculating like the rest of us. ;-)
Happens I agree with your skepticism about the Stanton attribution, although I do see some artistic similarities in some of the faces and details. Mostly, though, it just doesn’t look right to me.
