I don’t have source for this photo, but something about the staging and colors tells me it probably appeared in one of the old House of Milan (HOM) print magazines. Indeed, it could easily be a still from one of John Blakemore’s shoots:

I used to have that magazine – it was definitely a HOM publication. The storyline was something about a female prisoner escaping from a southern prison and the warden personally tracks her into the woods and has some fun with her before taking her back. It was a pretty good photo set as I remember.
I scanned all my magazines before I sold them – but for some reason I can’t lay my hands on this particular photo set right now.
Or maybe not. I just found another comment I left on the “Utterly Classic Outdoor Bondage Photo” link above that claimed THAT photo was from the escaped prisoner story line. And I think I was right the first time – because I remember laughing at an escaped prisoner who wears a garter belt :-).
So obviously this isn’t the same model. But I still agree that it’s HOM and Blakemore.
I’ll keep looking for my magazine scans from this era. The have to be somewhere on my 2TB’s of bondage porn :0.

I have some of the old magazines in deep storage, but I haven’t had room to get them out in many years. So I feel your pain.
