I have been seeing an assortment of these steampunk bondage images (so many rivets!) from what looks like a common source, ever since I first started downloading art from alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.bondage back in the early 1990s. But I never have found scans of whatever publication they appeared in, nor any sort of useful attribution:
