Suspended At The Castle Of Fear
I hope you’ll pardon the extreme verticality of this image; the bizarre aspect ratio is because it’s been cropped from a marginal illustration on the title page for the July 1937 issue of Spicy Mystery Stories. Our minimally-costumed heroine is in a bit of a pickle, eh what? Skeletal guardsmen leering from above, a hungry ghoul waiting in his pit of bones below. I don’t see how this ends well for her:
Elsewhere on Bondage Blog:
That ghoul is clearly more fearful than the heroine. He clearly tries to shield the eyesockets of that innocent skull for fear of what’s to come…
Yet he can’t avert his own eyes from the looming doom, as he is fully aware of the stories he heard as a child – the stories about human women and their magickal nether organs that spook even the Devil himself!
She seems more indignant at being upskirted than terrified of the ghoul.
