Bondage Exhibitionist
These delightful leashed-and-chained outdoor bondage photos were uploaded to a voyeurism forum many years ago. It looks like a mostly-deserted street, but it’s lit well enough to make this sort of shenanigans pretty risky, at least emotionally. I suppose this might be a jurisdiction where the constant friction between strippers and police has established those black strips of electrical tape as enough to avoid a public nudity charge:
