A young married woman who is part of my extended family posted this meme on Facebook. I don’t think she’s at all kinky (although we’re not close enough that I would know) but she definitely struggles with anxiety and executive function:
Nonetheless it strikes me that this sentiment is absolutely the sort of thing that a TikTok submissive would say. I’ve met plenty of people for whom “let my dom worry about what I’m supposed to be doing so I don’t have to” is a huge part of the BDSM appeal.
