His Spa Harem
At first I thought we were looking at a rich man’s normal bevy of attractive personal assistants, but then I did a double take:
Look at the blonde massaging our happy man’s left foot and perhaps about to give him a pedicure. Is that a stainless steel collar bolted around her neck?

Amazingly I was able to find the magazine link in my browser history. The photo illustrated a story called “The Fragrant Male” (1970s metrosexuals, I guess) but I don’t immediately see any photo credits or context to explain the picture. Please let us all know if you find more!
