This particular photo has been floating around the internet for at least fifteen years. The cunt-face gag and hood/harness combination is ideal for reminding your slave (of whatever gender, I suppose) with maximal humiliation factor that you only value their mouth for one purpose, and that purpose has nothing to do with talking:
