I assume — but I haven’t made the effort to verify — that this .gif comes from an old Water Bondage shoot at Kink.com. This is a lot more photogenic that waterboarding and probably nearly as effective in the long run:

Even though I wrote “cold water” in the post title for dramatic effect, in truth I think using buckets of warm water would be a lot more practical for a practicing sadist. Hypothermia will bring everybody’s fun to a close faster than any other aspect of this scene.
